If your model has a defect during this time, you can simply send it to us and we will gladly take care of the problem. If the damage was caused by normal use, we will of course take care of the repair for free, but please note that damage caused by improper use or self-inflicted defects are not covered by the warranty.

The guarantee is only granted to consumers, not to companies, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can be mainly neither their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

The 24-month period for the calculation of the warranty begins with the invoice date. Our warranty is valid worldwide. If there are defects in our products during this period, we will provide you, as the warranty provider, with one of the following services at our choice:

• free repair of the goods or
• free exchange of the goods for an equivalent article (possibly also a successor model, if the original goods are no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded for damages to the goods that have arisen due to:

• If the goods are mistreated or improperly treated, in particular breakage and glass damage, beware: all our products are made with natural materials, and therefore do not have the same resistance as metal models; we point out that, for example, wood can break if the bracelet or case is under excessive load and appropriate care is required when wearing them; and breakages due to the attachment of watch straps by third-party manufacturers are also not covered by the warranty.
• Environmental influences (moisture, extreme cold or heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.), in particular damage caused by moisture, water and alcohol (perfume)
• Non-compliance with any safety precautions
• Non-compliance with the operating instructions
• Use of force (e.g. stroke, impact, fall)
• Autonomous repair attempts

The warranty does not cover changes in color and wood (patina, color, structural changes) and leather straps.

A claim for the warranty service requires that you enable us to check the guarantee case by sending the goods in, making sure that damage to the goods on the transport route is avoided by appropriate packaging.
To apply for the guarantee, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice of the shipment of goods.We ask for your understanding that we can refuse the guarantee without settling this invoice copy, because the sending of the invoice copy serves to calculate the guarantee period.
If it is a legitimate guarantee claim, we will provide the guarantee within 30 days from the dispatch of the goods to us.
We will cover the shipping costs for the entry and return in case of a guarantee – provided you contact us via the service form or another contact option. Our customer support will check the defect and provide you with a free shipping label if a submission is necessary. Please do not send packages without request and at your own expense, as we will not refund these costs and will not be able to carry out any investigation if the package is lost.
However, you bear the risk of deterioration or loss on the transport route of the goods sent to you or returned to you by us as part of the provision of the guarantee.

Note:
Your legal rights against us, from the purchase contract concluded with us, will not be limited in any way by this guarantee promise. In particular, any existing legal warranty rights vis-à-vis us will remain unaffected by this guarantee promise. If the object of purchase is defective, you can therefore in any case adhere to us within the framework of the legal warranty, regardless of whether there is a guarantee case or the guarantee is claimed.
